2. Collection of your personal data when you visit our website

a) Server Log Files
The Responsible Party collects data on everyone who accesses our website (so-called Server Log Files). Access data collected include: Name of the accessed web pages and files, date and time of access, data volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type along with version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the page previously visited), IP address, and the requesting provider. The data is stored for a period of three months after the termination of your use of our website.

This processing is be carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para.1 (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the operation, security and optimisation of our website.

b) Cookies
Our website uses "cookies" to ensure quality and to improve the functionality of our online presence. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and, among other things, provide the opportunity to link the number of your visits to our web page. Our website uses transient and persistent cookies. Transient cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser, including session cookies. c) Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies, which enables an analysis of your use of our website. We exclusively use Google Analytics with the extension "AnonymizeIp", which ensures an anonymisation of your IP address and excludes a direct personal reference. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by you, in order to compile reports about your website activities and to provide other website and Internet related services to the website operator. The IP address of your browser provided in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

The use of Google Analytics on our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR on the ground of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for the purposes of optimisation as well as marketing purposes. If cookies are used, processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1(a) GDPR.

d) E-Mail Contact
If you contact us by e-mail, your personal data may be collected. This data is exclusively collected and used by us for the sole purpose of answering your request or contacting you. The data provided by you will be deleted as soon as your enquiry is answered conclusively, unless we are obliged by law to retain it.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry in accordance with Art. 6 para.1 (f) GDPR. As far as your enquiry is in connection with a contract, the legal basis for our processing is also Art. 6 para.1 (b) GDPR.

e) YouTube
On some of our pages, there are links to videos found on the YouTube platform (YouTube, LLC. 901 Cherry Ave 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, represented by Google LLC., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The offer is not included in our web pages, which is why we do not have any influence on the data processing, which takes place by clicking on the links.

3. Recipient

Your personal data may, in certain cases, be seen by the providers employed by us to maintain and update our website service; your IP address may be transmitted to Google, LLC.

 

4. Export and processing of data in countries outside the European Economic Area

Your data will be transmitted (passed on) to recipients in Switzerland. The transmission is based on an adequacy decision of the commission of 26 July 2000 (2000/518/EC).

5. Duration of the personal data processing

Unless otherwise specified in Item 2, or where you have agreed to longer storage, no personal data of the users of our website will be stored and processed by us beyond the termination of the actual usage.

8. Objection to Processing

You may object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or an interest of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to the processing as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights to freedom. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we will demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which overrides your rights and freedoms.

 

9. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (who in the United Kingdom is the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner) of any alleged infringement of your rights as a Data Subject should you consider that our processing of your Personal Data infringes your rights under the GDPR.
